How do I sign up?

Just head on over to our order now page and you can set up an account and select your box!

 

What can I expect in my box?

You'll receive the pre-measured quality ingredients you will need to make each meal, along with detailed recipes featuring step-by-step instructions. The only ingredients we assume you have on hand are salt, pepper, sugar, oil, and butter.

 

How often do I receive a box?

Weekly, however you can pause or cancel at any time.

 

What do you offer for people with special dietary requirements?

Due to such an expansive number of dietary requirements and/or preferences existing, we are unable to accommodate each one. We leave it to our customers to review the ingredients of each recipe and determine if their needs are met.

 

Do you offer plans for one person?

Our initial subscription feeds 2 people, but we have many single-person households who choose the 3-meal plan for 2 people. Not only are the meals perfect to share with friends, but they also make for a delicious lunch the next day.

 

When do you take payment and when can I expect my box to arrive?

After you sign up for your Island Fresh Subscription, we take payment weekly on Tuesdays and your box will arrive on Sunday. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding delivery.

 

How do I change my payment details?

You can change your payment details on the my account page.

 

What happens if I am not at home for delivery?

That’s okay. We can leave your box in a safe place. Our fresh ingredients are kept in thermal bags, so they will stay cool until your return.

 

Where does Island Fresh deliver?

We provide delivery in-house by our Island Fresh team, island-wide at no extra charge!

 

How do I change my delivery address?
